Analysis
This resolution amends File Number 971162 et al to update the rental rates and types of equipment for privately owned trucks, endloaders, and other equipment rented to the City of Milwaukee.

Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File Number 79-1342 on November 13, 1979; File Number 79-1342-a on March 23, 1982; File Number 79-1342-b on March 15, 1985; and File Number 971162 on November 25, 1997; all relating to rental rates for privately owned trucks rented to the City; and

Whereas, File Number 79-1342 indicates that such equipment rentals may be adjusted for market condition, or otherwise adjusted each year, based on any change in the Consumer Price Index; and

Whereas, Some equipment provisions have changed over the years, and it is desirable that the formula for adjusting rental rates be updated; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the equipment provisions and rates are hereby amended as follows:
