Title

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2015 - December 21, 2014):

Under Pay Range 1EX, add the title “Tax Collection and Enforcement Coordinator”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2015 - December 21, 2014):

Under Pay Range 2HX, add the title “Accountant Lead”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 6 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 22, 2014 - October 12, 2014):

Under Pay Range 6KN, delete the title “Docketing Specialist”.

Under Pay Range 6NN, add the title “Docketing Specialist (4)”.

Part 4. Part 1, Section 8 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 8DN, “Custodial Worker II - City Laborer”, add designation “(14)” with footnote “(14)” to read: “(14) Recruitment is at $1,403.06 ($36,479.56).”.

Under Pay Range 8EN, “Custodial Worker III”, delete designation “(5)” and add designation “(4)”.

Under Pay Range 8KN, amend footnote “(1)” to read:

“(1) Effective November 23, 2014, employees in DPW assigned to a laboring assignment to be paid a maximum of $1,598.40 biweekly unless already compensated at a higher rate.”.
