Analysis
This resolution approves a final Certified Survey Map that combines four platted parcels into two buildable lots located at 7901 and 7911 West Potomac Avenue for the construction of two future single-family structures.
Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee received one final Certified Survey Map ("CSM"), a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File, that proposes to create two buildable parcels located in the Single-Family Residential District (RS5), in accordance with Principal Building Design Standards of City of Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Section 295-505-2 of the Zoning Code; and
Whereas, In compliance with the above-referenced chapter of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, said CSM has reviewed and approval is recommended; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following CSM is approved:
