Analysis

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st, 2nd, 6th, and 7th Aldermanic Districts
W. Capitol Dr. (STH 190) 12 Connecting Highway Intersections (ST320130101) (2025-01-72) File Number 120993: Monotube mast arms installation.

This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

N. 48th St. - A point 150 feet m/l south of W. North Ave. to 200 feet n/l south of W. North Ave. (ST211140174): Traffic channelization. Replace concrete curb and gutter, driveway approaches, sodding and grading. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $17,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

S. 56th St. - W. Forest Home Ave. to W. Howard Ave. (WT410110708) File Number 111025: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $100,000, Additional Funds). Further Resolved, That upon the completion of projects W. Capitol Dr. (STH 190) (ST3201301XX), City of Milwaukee 6 Local Street Intersections (ST3201304XX) Various Highways-3 Connecting Highway Intersections (ST32013XXXX) and a determination of the actual costs, it is understood that if the City of Milwaukee's share is less than the amount previously paid, the difference will be refunded to said City; and, be it
