Analysis
This ordinance repeals the January 1, 2015 sunset provision for the city's small business enterprise program.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 370-7 of the code is repealed. (Note: The provision being repealed reads as follows:
370-7. Duration. This chapter shall be in effect for a period of 3 years after the effective date of this chapter [January 1, 2012], when the common council shall determine the necessity for the continuation of the program as well as the applicable department goal percentages and minimum program requirement percentages.)
