Title
Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as Josey Heights, on land located on the South Side of West Lloyd Street and West of North 12th Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution allows for a variety of custom designed homes in addition to the four models approved under the original planned development. All homes will meet the design quality and detail of the four approved models.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907-3(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Josey Heights was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on May 9, 2006, under File No. 051590; and
Whereas, The addition of other custom designed home models in addition to the four models approved under the original planned development is consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting the addition of other custom designed home models in addition to the four models approved under the original planned development, is approved.
