Minutes note: The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Public Safety Committee and the exceptions filed in these matters? All members indicated they had done so. The question was put: Are either of the following, or their counsels, present and, if so, do they wish to address the Common Council? Ijaz Ali was present. Clementine Brown was present. Ald. Donovan moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of receiving testimony in these matters. There was no objection. Ijaz Ali appeared and addressed the Common Council. Assistant CIty Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council. Clementine Brown appeared and addressed the Common Council.
