Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in

 various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Lake Drive from East Belleview Place to a point 40 feet north

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 6^th Street to a point 48 feet west

On the west side of North 4^th Street from West Reservoir Avenue to a point 40 feet north

On the east side of South 20^th Street from a point 155 feet south of West College Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof

On the east side of South 20^th Street from a point 365 feet south of West College Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South Muskego Avenue from West Becher Street to West Grant Street”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 2^nd Street from West St Paul Avenue to a point 165 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of West Highland Boulevard from West Martin Drive to West McKinley Court from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”

Part 5.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Farwell Avenue from East Greenwich Avenue to a point 160 feet south from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday

Part 6.  Section 101-32-3-d-4 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 2^nd Street from West St Paul Avenue to a point 165 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
