This motion revokes the public passenger vehicle permits, permit  #174, #175 and #176, of Kathleen Barbian, Agent for KAS Transportation, Inc.

Body

Whereas, The Public Safety Committee received a notarized complaint from Richard Pfaff, License Division of the Office of the City Clerk, requesting revocation of the public passenger vehicle permits,  permit  #174, #175 and #176, of Kathleen Barbian, Agent for KAS Transportation, Inc., due to failure to maintain insurance as required by city ordinance; and

 

Whereas, An evidentiary hearing was scheduled before the Public Safety Committee on September 4, 2008 to consider the revocation request; and

 

Whereas, Kathleen Barbian was served with a notice of the location, date and time of the meeting on August 26, 2008, but failed to appear before the Committee; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the public passenger vehicle permits, permit  #174, #175 and #176, of Kathleen Barbian, Agent for KAS Transportation, Inc. are revoked.
