A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 35^th Street to South 36^th Street from7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 35^th Street to South 36^th Street from7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on School Days

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 36^th Street to South 35^th Street from7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Rosedale Avenue from a point 400 feet west of South Chase Avenue to a point 125 feet west thereof

On the south side of West Rosedale Avenue from a point 485 feet west of South Chase Avenue to a point 125 feet west thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Blue Mound Road from North 90^th Street to North 92^nd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On the south side of West Blue Mound Road from North 92^nd Street to a point 115 feet east of North 90^th Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On West St Paul Avenue from North 91^st Street to North 92^nd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On West Mt Vernon Avenue from North 90^th Street to North 92^nd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On West Park Hill Avenue from North 92^nd Street to a point 120 feet east of North 90^th Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On North 90^th Street from West Park Hill Avenue to West Blue Mound Road from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On North 91^st Street from West Park Hill Avenue to West Blue Mound Road from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On the north side of West Michigan Street from North 91^st Street to North 92^nd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Michigan Street from North 91^st Street to North 92^nd Street
