Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Oklahoma Avenue from a point 108 feet east of South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 15 feet east thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 19th Street from West Potawatomi Circle south to the end of the street

On the south side of West Forest Home Avenue from a point 380 feet east of South 63rd Street to a point 40 feet north thereof

On East Rhode Island Avenue from South Superior Street west to the alley May 1st to September 1st from 10 pm to 6am

In the alley bounded by East Kane Place, East Irving Place, North Farwell Avenue and North Prospect Avenue

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from the south curb line of West Lincoln Avenue to a point approximately 300 feet southwest thereof”

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 48th Street from West Lloyd Street to West Garfield Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 98th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Euclid Avenue

On the west side of South 98th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 535 feet south
