Whereas, The claimant, 342 North Water, LLC has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $8,766.10, and

Whereas, The City has agreed to settle the claim in the amount of $8,766.10, and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $8,766.10, payable to the order of 342 North Water, LLC, 234 West Florida Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claim, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amount to be charged to Damages and Claims Account-636506 - Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490 - Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
