This resolution grants a special privilege to R&D Capitol Commons LLC to install and maintain three bollards in the public right-of-way for the premises 4055 North Teutonia Avenue.
Body
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to install and maintain three bollards in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said bollards may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that R&D Capitol Commons LLC, 3804 Hawthorne Court, Waukegan, IL 60087 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To install and maintain three, 7-inch diameter bollards in the west variable width sidewalk area of North Teutonia Avenue. Said 4-foot tall concrete filled, steel bollards are located adjacent to a building between a point approximately 500 feet north of the northline of West Capitol Drive and a point approximately 35 feet to the north.

Said bollards shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege.

Said bollards shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as it is no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.

Further Resolved, That this special privilege is granted only on condition that by acceptance of this special privilege the grantee, R&D Capitol Commons LLC, shall:
