Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the reconstruction of the West Lloyd Street from North 60th Street to West Lisbon Avenue with 80% State and Federal aid under the Surface Transportation Program. The revised agreement reallocates $200,000 for real estate acquisition, which is no longer needed, to construction and construction engineering, with no change to the estimated total project cost of $4,027,000, of which the City’s share is $901,400 and the grantor’s share is $3,125,600.

Whereas, A project agreement has been executed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for the improvement of West Lloyd Street from North 60th Street to West Lisbon Avenue using State and Federal Aid under the Surface Transportation Program, in accordance with Common Council resolution file number 121742, adopted April 30, 2013; and
