The door would be painted steel. There are no service doors. The attic space would be usable, such as for a home office. Staff recommends approval. Jaime Hurtado - owner of the home - can do a different dimension board for the triangle portion of the garage and match the color of the house. Mr. Jarosz moved for approval with a slight diffentiation in the triangulated portion and a requirement to match the color of the house.	Pass	4:0
