Common Council File Number 131798, adopted May 13, 2014, established an 11-member Recycling, Salvage and Metal Scrapping Task Force to review and make recommendations relating to City licensing and regulation of recycling, including junk collection and junk dealing, second-hand vehicle dealing, salvage and wrecking, and metal recycling and scrapping.
This resolution increases the number of members appointed by the Common Council President from 3 to 4.

Whereas, On May 13, 2014, the Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 131798 establishing a Recycling, Salvage and Metal Scrapping Task Force to review and make recommendations relating to City licensing and regulation of recycling, including junk collection and junk dealing, second-hand vehicle dealing, salvage and wrecking, and metal recycling and scrapping; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 131798, adopted on May 13, 2014, is amended by deleting Item Number 7 in the first "Resolved" clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"7. 4 members representing recycling, scrapping, salvage and automotive concerns, who need not reside within the City, appointed by the Common Council President."
