Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-7-2 of the Code relating to Designation of Non-intersection Crosswalk is amended by adding the following:
On North 42nd Street at a point 440 feet south of West Kaul Avenue
On East Hartford Avenue at a point 230 feet east of North Cramer Street
Part 2. Section 101-11-1 of the Code relating to No Left Turns is amended by adding the following:
From the driveway of Frontier Auto on the north side of West Abbott Avenue east of South 27th Street for south bound traffic
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On East Idaho Street at South 61st Street
On South 1st Street at West Crawford Avenue
On South 22nd Place at West Barnard Avenue
On North 85th Street at West Ruby Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On East Clarke Street at North Richards Street”
“On South 25th Street at West Rogers Street”
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On West Lynx Avenue at North 87th Street
On West Marion Street at North 44th Street
On West Marion Street at North 89th Street
On West Hope Avenue at North 22nd Street
On West Saveland Avenue at South 1st Street
On South 1st Place at West Warnimont Avenue
On South 2nd Street at West Saveland Avenue
On North 105th Street at West Jonen Street
On West Rogers Street and South 25th Street in all directions
Part 6. Section 101-18-1 of the Code relating to No Heavy Traffic is amended by adding the following:
On West Norwich Street at South 51st Street westbound
