Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 42nd Street from to a point 440 feet south of West Kaul Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 42nd Street from to a point 340 feet south of West Kaul Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
On the south side of West Silver spring Road from a point 1060 feet west of North 118th Street to a point 45 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 480 feet east of South 16th Street to a point 33 feet east thereof
On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 533 feet east of South 16th Street to a point 20 feet east thereof
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 31st to South 32nd Streets from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM”
“On the south side of West North Avenue from North 35th Street to North 36th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sundays”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Homer Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 60 feet east from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Sunday
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 13th Street to South 16th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”
