Title

This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Administration, Health Department, Library, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under Pay Range 1EX, delete the title “Water Distribution Scheduling Manager (1)” and add the title “Water Distribution Construction Manager (1)”.

Under Pay Range 1FX, delete the title “Water Distribution Construction Manager (3)” and add the title “Water Distribution Scheduling Manager (3)”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 22, 2014 - October 12, 2014):

Under Pay Range 1IX, delete the title “Library Technical Services Manager” and add the title “Assistant Director - Library Information Technology and Technical Services”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 2DN, delete designation “3” from “Nutritionist”.

Under Pay Range 2IX, correct title to read “Budget and Management Special Assistant”.

Part 4. Part 2, Section 9 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Part II. Administration, Section 9 - Supplemental Pay Practices, H. Snow Driver Pay; correct the rate to show “$22.13”.
