Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Summit Avenue from a point 104 feet south of East Woodstock Place to a point 28 feet south thereof from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On South 75^th Street between W. Main and Adler Streets, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays"
