Analysis
Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer additional funds to the previously established Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee subaccounts for cost participation of the subject capital improvement. This resolution authorizes the Comptroller to transfer funds to the appropriate subaccounts for the subject project. The total estimated cost increase for the project is $98,754.75 with an estimated grantor share increase of $98,754.75.

Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted resolutions authoring the City Comptroller to transfer funds to various State and Federal Aid subaccounts for construction accounts, and

Whereas, Additional construction costs increased costs charged against the subject capital improvement project; and

Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary to for the estimated Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee construction costs for this project; now, therefore, be it.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the project grant chart fields as follows:
