Title

This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Health Department, Department of Neighborhood Services, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130420 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department”, amend footnote “(T)” to read as follows:

“To expire 07/31/15 unless the SURVNET ACA Grant available from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services is extended.”

And amend footnote “(AAA)” to read as follows:

“To expire 07/31/15 unless the HIV Risk Reduction Grant from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is extended. A portion of the Nurse Practitioner position may be funded by the Dual Protection Grant.”.

Under “Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, HIV Women’s Project (L)” delete one position of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(L)(AAA)”, add one position of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(L)”, and amend footnote “(L)” to read as follows:

“To expire 07-31-15 unless the HIV Women’s Project Grant, available from the Medical College of Wisconsin, is extended.”
Under “Office of Violence Prevention”, delete one position of “Violence Prevention Data Manager (X)(H)”, add one position of “Violence Prevention Research Coordinator (X)(H)(OO)”, and add footnote “(OO)” to read:

“To expire 8/31/15 unless the Homicide Review Training and Technical Assistance Grant from the U.S. Department of Justice - Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) is extended.”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130420 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):
