Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are directed to issue a city check in the sum of $7,203.22 payable to Cermele & Matthews, S.C., 6310 West Bluemound Road, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI 53213 to reimburse them for legal fees for the defense of the following officers:
