A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 79^th Street from W. Capitol Drive to a point 190 feet north of West Fiebrantz Avenue from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m."

"On W. Fiebrantz Avenue from N. 79^th Street to a point 125 feet west thereof from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m."

"On the north side of W. Fiebrantz Avenue from N. 79^th Street to a point 190 feet east thereof from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m."

"On the south side of W. Fiebrantz Avenue from N. 79^th Street to a point 70 feet east thereof from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m."

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On East Windsor Place from North Cambridge Avenue to North Bartlett Avenue"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Windsor Place from North Cambridge Avenue to North Newhall Street

On the south side of East Windsor Place from North Newhall Street to North Bartlett Avenue

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Windsor Place from North Cambridge Avenue to North Bartlett Avenue"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Windsor Place from North Cambridge Avenue to North Newhall Street
