Title

Analysis
This ordinance adds the following to the list of activities constituting "nuisance activities" for purposes of enforcement of the city's chronic nuisance premises ordinance:
 
1.  Motor vehicle repair, service or maintenance on any lot used wholly or in part for residential purposes without a certificate of occupancy for such motor vehicle uses, unless otherwise permitted by the zoning code.
 
2.  On-street motor vehicle repair on public right-of-ways, except as elsewhere permitted by the code.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 80-10-2-c-LL and mm of the code is created to read:
 
80-10.  Chronic Nuisance Premises.
 
2.  DEFINITIONS.  
 
c.
 
c-1.  "Nuisance activity" means any of the following activities, behaviors or conduct whenever engaged in by persons associated with a premises:
 
LL.  Motor vehicle repair, service or maintenance on any lot used wholly or in part for residential purposes as defined in s. 295-503-3-b.
 
mm.  On-street motor vehicle repair as defined in s. 105-66.
