Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2014 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of City Development, Employes’ Retirement System, Library

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under Pay Range 1EX, add the title "ERS Business Operations Analyst".

Under Pay Range 1FX, add the footnote designation “(5)” to the title “Human Resources Officer” with the footnote to read “(5) Appointment of Judith Allen is authorized at the rate of $3,125.68 biweekly.”

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under Pay Range 2IX, add the title “Grant Budget Specialist (6)” with the footnote to read “(6) Appointment of Melissa Fulgenzi is authorized at the rate of $3,031.53.”

Part 3. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2014 - May 11, 2014):

Under Pay Range 2IX, add the footnote designation “(4)” to the title “Library Construction Project Manager”.

Part 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 5. The provisions of Parts 1 and 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2014 (December 22, 2013).
