Analysis
This zoning change was requested by TransCenter for Youth, which intends to use the site as a school.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-801.3.0026. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 3628 West Pierce Street, Tax Key No. 436-0004-110, from Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
