This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $268,000 with the total cost estimated to be $15,083,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

Area bounded by W. Hampton Ave., W. Capitol Dr., N. Green Bay Ave., and N. 33rd St. (SM494140207): Sanitary Sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $25,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $3,093,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2014 construction season.

W. Port Sunlight Way - N. 26th St. to N. 27th St. (SM495140053): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $69,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2014 construction season.

N. 27th St. - W. Custer Ave. to 450 feet m/l south of W. Rohr Ave. (SM495140051): Sanitary Sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $58,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2014 construction season.
