Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North Prentiss Street from West Tallmadge Place to West Sheridan Avenue on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Prentiss Street from West Tallmadge Place to a point 140 feet south of West Sheridan Avenue on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of North Water Street from a point 145 feet west of North Humboldt Avenue to a point 90 feet west thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Prentiss Street from West Sheridan Avenue to a point 140 feet south on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On South 26^th Street from West National Avenue to West Pierce Street, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays"

Part 6.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 28^th Street from West Burnham Street to West Rogers Street
