This Resolution affirms the Common Council's approval of the Business Capacity Building Program Budget and Grant Agreement for the Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons Project
Body
Whereas, The Business Capacity Building Program, including Program Budget, is summarized in the Program Overview attached to this Common Council File; and
Whereas, The Business Capacity Building Program may include the award of four Program Participant Grants of up to $25,000 each; and
Whereas, The Common Council desires to confirm its approval of the Program Overview, including Program Budget, and the form Program Participant Grant; now therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Program Overview, including Program Budget, set forth in the attachment to this Common Council file are hereby approved; and be it
Further Resolved, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreements and instruments necessary for finalization of the Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons Business Capacity Building Program, including four grant agreements awarding Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons Business Capacity Building Program grants to the final four participants.
