The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red Signal is amended by striking the following:

"Westbound to northbound on West Howard Avenue at South 3^rd Street"
