This resolution accepts a temporary water easement on Milwaukee County property for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a water main, and authorizes the proper City officials to execute the document.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easement offered to the City is accepted, and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute the easement document on the City's behalf:

A temporary water main easement in lands south of West Blue Mound Road and west of U.S. Highway 45, on Milwaukee County property, executed by the Milwaukee County Zoo Director, located in the City of Milwaukee; and be it

Further Resolved, That after said temporary water easement has been executed by the proper City officials, it shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for further processing.
