This resolution will approve and authorize the execution of a stipulation with the City of Milwaukee and the Canadian Pacific Railway Company for the reconstruction of the West Lisbon Avenue Overpass of the railroad tracks between North 30th Street and North 31st Street.

Whereas, Negotiations have taken place between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and the City of Milwaukee, to finalize a stipulation regarding the reconstruction of the overpass; and
Whereas, The Canadian Pacific Railway Company has forwarded the stipulation document to the City of Milwaukee for formal approval; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the stipulation between the City of Milwaukee and the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, for the reconstruction of the West Lisbon Avenue Overpass structure of the West Lisbon Avenue Bridge over the tracks between North 30th Street and North 31st Street is hereby approved, a copy of which is attached to Common Council Resolution File Number 131560 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth therein in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller are herby authorized and directed to execute said stipulation on the city's behalf; and, be it
Further Resolved, That minor changes to the stipulation which do not change its intent are hereby approved.
