This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects errors relating to the Public Utility Easement contained in the Final Plat known as River Highlands, Document No. 09484381.
Body
Whereas, River Highlands, a recorded subdivision map being lands in part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, was recorded as Document No. 09484381 on August 27, 2007; and
Whereas, James R. Beaty, a Wisconsin Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting the Public Utility Easement located in Lots 1-9 and Outlots 1 and 2 in Block 1 contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
