Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

5th Aldermanic District

N. Lovers Lane Rd. - W. Silver Spring Dr. to a point north of W. Silver Spring Rd. (ST211080101) File Number 061497: Asphalt surface overlay, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $75,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $225,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $320,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2008 construction season.

11th Aldermanic District

W. Tripoli Ave. - S. Massachusetts Ave. to S. 75th St. (ST211080103) File Number 061497: Asphalt pavement resurfacing (inverted crown), replace driveway approaches where necessary, sodding.
