Title

This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of City Development, Health Department, Library, Mayor’s Office, Department of Public Works - Operations Division

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 1JX, add the title “Parking Operations Manager”.

Under Pay Range 1KX, delete the title “Public Works Personnel and Compliance Manager”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under Pay Range 1DX, add the title “Family and Community Wellness Manager”

Under Pay Range 1EX, delete the title “Accounting Manager - City Development”.

Under Pay Range 1GX, add the title “Accounting Manager - City Development”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 8, 2014 - March 30, 2014):

Under Pay Range 1CX, delete the title “Building Maintenance Assistant Manager” and under Pay Range 1EX, add the title “Police Facilities Assistant Manager”.

Under Pay Range 1IX, delete the title “Interagency Housing Coordinator” and add the titles “Housing Outreach Director” and “Housing Policy Director”.

Part 4. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):
