A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from North Maryland Avenue to a point 65 feet south

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of the service drive on the west side of West Fond du Lac Avenue from West Custer Avenue to West Sheridan Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
