Analysis

This resolution authorizes payment of the claim of Tim and Cathy Spath in the amount of $6,250.00.

Body

Whereas, The claimants, Tim and Cathy Spath, C.I. File No: 07-L-107, have filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in amount of $6,250.00; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $6,250.00; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $6,250.00, payable to the order of Tim and Cathy Spath, 3166 South 95^th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53227-4323, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amount to be charged to the Water Department Liability Account 006300 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
