Analysis
This resolution directs the proper City officers to execute a sewer agreement SA-2130-A, located at Treul Enterprises’ property. The purpose of the agreement is to identify Treul’s responsibility for the proper maintenance of proposed alteration and the City’s rights to perform any maintenance activities over the easement area.

Body
Whereas, on March 18, 1987, The City was granted a permanent easement SE-2130-A in the property located at 8423 West Oklahoma Avenue; and

Whereas, SE-2130-A is located on a parcel of land presently owned by Treul Enterprises LLC; and

Whereas, Treul Enterprises LLC requested permission from the City to construct a 12 inch diameter storm sewer pipe (Alterations) within SE-2130-A, with the purpose of facilitating the discharge of storm water runoff from a proposed building into an existing detention pond as shown in Plan File No. 198-6-41; and

Whereas, Sewer Agreement SE-2130-A, has been executed by Treul Enterprises LLC and approved as to content by the City Engineer; and

Whereas, The City will allow the construction of said Alterations in and over a portion of the easement area subject to the conditions stated in Sewer Agreement SA-2130-A, a copy of said Agreement being attached to this Common Council File Number 071370 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to execute Sewer Agreement SA-2130-A; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Agreement document has been executed by the proper City officers, it shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution ...
