Analysis
This resolution accepts Sewer Easement document SE-2397 in the area located approximately 183 feet east of South Adams Avenue at 300 feet south of East Plainfield Avenue in the 13th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain an existing 15-inch diameter storm sewer located approximately 183 feet east of South Adams Avenue at 300 feet south of East Plainfield Avenue; and

Whereas, The easement area is located in lands presently owned by the City of Milwaukee and which are currently proposed to be sold to a private entity; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2397, granting permission to the City of Milwaukee or future assigns to maintain the 15-inch diameter storm sewer has been fully executed by the Commissioner of Public Works as the City’s representative, and approved as to content by the City Engineer; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2397 will also grant the City of Milwaukee or future assigns the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2397, said Sewer Easement document being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 071269 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Sewer Easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
