Substitute resolution relative to various legislative bills.

Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee of the Common Council has recommended the following position on the bill hereinafter listed and the Common Council being advised of said matters; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it hereby opposes the following legislative bill and instructs the Division of Intergovernmental Relations to appear before the proper committee in opposition to  said bill and uses its best endeavors in oppostition to the same viz:

 

AB-637 Allowing certain private schools located outside the city of Milwaukee to participate in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program.
