Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

 of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 3^rd Street from West Martin Lane to West Bottsford Avenue on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Knapp Street from North Broadway to a point 205 feet east

On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from North 5^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 425 feet west of North 5^th Street to a point 60 ft. west thereof

On the east side of North Emmber Lane from a point 163 feet south of West Mt. Vernon Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On the north side of East Knapp Street from North Milwaukee Street to a point 70 feet west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

Part 5.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

Part 6.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the north side of East Knapp Street from North Milwaukee Street to a point 70 feet west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 7.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Kane Place from North Humboldt Avenue to North Pulaski Street
