Resolution rescinding various special privileges that are no longer necessary.
Analysis
This resolution rescinds various special privileges granting permission for items to encroach into the public right-of-way because said items have been removed from the public right-of-way.
Body
Whereas, Said special privileges granted permission for various encroachments in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, The special privileges listed below are no longer necessary because the subject items have be removed from the public right-of-way by the owner; and

Whereas, For items removed from the public right-of-way, said owners notified the Department of Public Works that they no longer need the special privilege granted them; and

Whereas, In order to release property owners from the bonding, insurance and annual special privilege fee requirements placed on the property owner as part of the granting of a special privilege, the Common Council needs to pass a resolution rescinding special privileges which are no longer needed; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following special privilege resolutions are rescinded:

1. Common Council Resolution File Number 13437 granted to Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company for a wagon scale for the premises at 125 East Walnut Street.

2. Common Council Resolution File Numbers 18810 and 18810-a granted to Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company for a tunnel for the premises at 235 West Galena Street.

3. Common Council Resolution File Number 46322 granted to Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company for a backup driveway for the premises at 125 East Walnut Street.

4. Common Council Resolution File Number 57718 granted to Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company for a communications tunnel for the premises at 235 West Galena Street.
