Whereas, An easement has been submitted allowing connections of West Milwaukee Road, West Wheelhouse Road and a public alley to Selig Drive in order to connect to and maintain connections with City streets; and
Whereas, The terms of the Miller Park Roadway Easement Agreement are set out and attached to this file and approved as to content by the City of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Brewers and the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District; and
Whereas, The City Engineer has reviewed the legal descriptions and location drawings; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Miller Park Roadway Easement Agreement is approved, and the proper City officers are directed to execute the Miller Park Roadway Easement Agreement on behalf of the City of Milwaukee, a copy of this agreement being attached to this file; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after the easement is fully executed by the proper City officers, it shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
