Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted a preliminary resolution, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvement:

N. 76th St. - W. Clinton Ave. to W. County Line Rd. (ST30981001) (2140-08-01) File Number 050156: Install new concrete sidewalk.

Grantor Non-Reimbursable Paving Fund -- $0.
Grantor Reimbursable Paving Fund -- $0.
City Share Non-assessable Paving Fund -- $53,800.
City Share Assessable Paving Fund -- $54,300.

These funds are to be transferred to the construction account ST30981011.

The total estimated cost of this project including this request: $506,100.

Previously authorized for street construction: $398,000.

Current estimated cost of the total project including this resolution: $37,705,100.

Original estimated cost of the total project File Number 050156: $37,304,000.

This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2008 construction season.
