Analysis
This resolution amends a special privilege for change of ownership to U.S. Bank National Association for encroachment into the public right-of-way of concrete curbing and for addition of two trench drains, three stationary planting beds and two boulders for the premises at 4015 South Howell Avenue.
Body
Whereas, First Wisconsin National Bank requested permission to construct and maintain concrete curb sections in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said concrete curb sections was granted in 1968 under Common Council File Number 67-3066; and

Whereas, U.S. Bank National Association now owns the property; and

Whereas, A site visit revealed that only one curb section encroaches into the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, The same site visit also revealed the presence of two trench drains, three stationary planting beds, and two boulders encroaching into the public right-of-way, and

Whereas, Said trench drains, stationary planting beds, and boulders may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred to the current property owner for the curb section, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 67-3066 is hereby rescinded; and, be it
