Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business to Two-Family Residential on land located on the East Side of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive and South of West Lapham Boulevard, in the 12th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance was initiated by the City of Milwaukee, Real Estate Division, to permit the sale of a City-owned remnant to the adjacent residential property owner for green space.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-501.2(c).0010. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, the zoning line within West Lapham Boulevard, a line 109.76 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Lapham Boulevard and a line 180 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 15th Place, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
