Whereas, Alderman Tony Zielinski filed a notarized complaint requesting the revocation of the Class “B” Tavern license of Frank Dobert for “Chaser’s Pub” at 2155 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. based upon the police report; and

 

Whereas, The licensee was served with a copy of the complaint and the police report on October 22, 2007; and

 

Whereas, The Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on October 29, 2007; and

 

Whereas, Based on the police report and testimony provided at this hearing, the Committee unanimously voted to suspend the license of Frank Dobert for “Chaser’s Pub” at 2155 S. Kinnickinnic for 30 days.
