Body

Whereas, The claimant, Ramesh Patel, C.I. File No.: 07-L-59, has filed a claim through Erie Insurance against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $12, 268.14; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $12, 268.14; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deem it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $12, 268.14, payable to the order of Erie Insurance as subrogee for Ramesh Patel, P.O. Box 867, Waukesha, WI 53187-0867, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amount to be charge to Water Department Liability Account 006300 - Fund 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Subclass R643.
