Whereas, The claimant, Hunt Management Incorporated, C.I. File No: 07-S-123, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $5,217.88; and
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $5,217.88; and
Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $5,217.88, payable to the order of Hunt Management Incorporated, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Water Department Liability Account 006300 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
